German leaflet from a propaganda projectile "Battle path illustrated" (Russian: Иллюстрированный Боевой Путь) aimed at Red Army soldiers encouraging them to join POA formations. 1943. The front of the leaflet depicts the Commander of Russian Liberation Army (Russian: Русская освободительная армия, POA) and Chairman of the Committee for the Liberation of the Peoples of Russia, former Red Army General, defected to Germans. Inside the leaflet are depicted scenes of everyday life of POA soldiers: oath, medical examination, exercise, etc. On the last page are provided photos of POA officers, accompanied by their full name under each photo. Over the photos, diagonally writing in orange is visible, that reads "We all fight for the liberation of our homeland. All to the fight for New Russia!".
Leaflet measures approx. 29.0 x 21.0 cm (unfolded). Average condition. Rare.
