German agitational leaflet from a propaganda projectile, announcing the creation of the "Russian Committee" (Russian: Русский комитет).
In the agitational text, soviet people are encouraged to join the Russian Liberation Army (Russian: Русская освободительная армия, POA) formations.
The proclamation, printed in the leaflet, is signed by the Chairman of the Committee, soviet general A. Vlasov and the Secretary of the Committee, soviet general V. Malyshkin.
