Wehrpass issued to SS-Rottenführer Paul Liebchen (promoted to SS-Unterscharführer in 1944) in 1940 in Kalisch (now Kalisz, Poland).
From May 1941 until May 1943, P. Liebchen served in the Sachsenhausen-Oranienburg Concentration camp in different Kompanien of SS-Totenkopfsturmbann K.L. Sachsenhausen.
In May 1943, he was transferred to Kommandantur des Konz.-Lagers Sachsenhausen, the last unit entry in the Wehrpass.
However, from archive documents, we know that in April 1944, he was promoted to SS-Unterscharführer.
Further fate of this individual is yet unknown, but it has great potential for additional research.

Wehrpass is complete, with an ID photo of the owner in a civilian suit, wearing a patriotic pin with a swastika.
The document shows minor signs of use and wear, perforated for storage (most probably by Soviet security agents).
