A round metal case, one bell alarm clock with two thin yellow legs. A clock dial with Arabic numerals, cardboard, somewhat faded and darkened. Clock hands are black and pear-shaped.
In addition to the main dial, it also features two sub-dials with seconds and alarm time hands. In the center of the main dial is an inscription 'K. Malinowski / WILNO / Św. Jańska 12'.
The 'Gebrueder Fortweangler' logo is also placed on the alarm sub-dial and clockwork mechanism.
