German WWII design silver ring. Trench-art inscription on the front plate – “KURLAND”, the coat of arms of the Hochmeister (Grand Master) of the Teutonic Knight and date “1944”. Most probably inscription on the front plate of the ring was made by a soldier of one of the German units in Courland pocket in 1944.Good condition. Marked 835 for silver content...
