Unknown manufacturer Lithuanian cap cockade with Vytis (coat of arms of Lithuania, a mounted armored knight holding a sword and shield). Highly likely the 1930s production.
30,3 mm in diameter, 3,3 g of weight, stamped, two-piece, alloy construction cap cockade with gilt, red and green finishes. The high-relief cockade features a gilt, fluted base with a central, two-story green and red-painted, circular field with a separate Vytis to the center. The Vytis is secured to the cockade by two, small bent-over prongs that are visible to the reverse. Both main attachment prongs are complete. The hollow reverse has two, soldered attachment prongs intact. Partly lost green paint and a minor loss of red paint, otherwise in excellent condition.
